PSR - Parish School of Religion
Church Of St. Jude PSR
The Parish School of Religion at the Church of St. Jude provides faith formation for children in grades 1–8 who attend public schools or are homeschooled. Rooted in the teachings of the Catholic Church, our program supports parents as the primary educators of their children in the faith.
PSR classes meet weekly during the school year and include instruction in Scripture, prayer, Church traditions, sacraments, and moral development. The goal is to help each child grow in relationship with Christ and to prepare them for the sacraments of Reconciliation, First Holy Communion, and Confirmation.
Our dedicated catechists are passionate about sharing the faith and nurturing a lifelong love for Christ and His Church in every student.

PSR Spotlight
The most impactful part of teaching PSR, especially the First Reconciliation class, is that I get to help these little ones realize and know how much God loves them, and that they always have God’s grace extended to them, no matter what. It’s an absolute honor to share the faith with families at our parish and to continue growing in my own faith journey along the way!
